TOM BERRY DOMINATING THE RACE FOR HOPE 71
Locust Grove, AR - Race For Hope 71 - October 10-12, 2024
With 52 entries for the 8th Annual Race for Hope 71. Marshalltown, Iowa driver, Tom Berry has mastered the track with back- to- back wins on Thursday and Friday night in his #11 Lethal IMCA Modified.
The Race For Hope 71 format is set up as $2500 to win on Thursday and Friday and $7500 to win on Saturday with an extra $2500 to a driver that can win all three nights. If a driver wins two of the three, he will take home a $1000 bonus. Berry is geared to be the big winner if he can make it to victory lane on Saturday and he will take home the total package of $15000.
The Schonefeld Headers Mid-America IMCA Stock Car Championship will be racing with 35 Stock Car drivers entered. Setting Fast Time at Thursday night time trials was local driver, Peyton Taylor. The Pole-sitters dash was won by Zane Devilbiss from Farmington, New Mexico, which will put him on the pole of the $10,000 Schoenfeld Headers Championship Feature event. Starting behind, Devilbiss will be Dalllon Murty (Chelsea, IA), Peyton Taylor(Desha, AR), T.J. Herndon (Atwood, TN), Hayden Linn (Little Rock, AR) and Jeremy Tharp (Bald Knob, AR).
